Christina Aguilera announced the release of a new music video for one of her most successful singles “Beautiful.”
“In celebration of the 20 year anniversary of Stripped and World Mental Health Day, I’m honored to share a new music video for Beautiful,” she wrote on Twitter, noting that the clip will be arriving on Oct. 19. “Tune out and turn in. Take your space, log off, put your mind, body, and soul first.”
The singer teased a clip of the video that shows a classroom of young girls, dressed alike sitting at desks and applying heavy makeup in front of their phones attached to ring lights.
The single was originally released in 2002 when it hit No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. It went on to spend 27 weeks on the chart and became a cultural staple for young women everywhere.
The new music video for “Beautiful” releases everywhere October 19th.
