Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde are ‘taking a break.’
Sources close to the ‘Don’t Worry Darlin’ actor, 28, and director, 38, confirmed that the couple have chosen to separate. The split comes after the pair were plagued with drama in the lead-up to the release of their film, “Don’t Worry Darling,” over an alleged feud involving co-star Florence Pugh.
All while Wilde was grappling the Pugh drama, the former “O.C.” star was also dealing with a very nasty split-turned-custody battle with ex-fiancé Jason Sudeikis. Most fans believed Wilde dumped the “Ted Lasso” star, 47, for Styles, 28, which she denied. “Our relationship was over long before I met Harry,” she explained. “Like any relationship that ends, it doesn’t end overnight.”
“They’re still very close friends,” says the source.
The couple were first rumored to be together after they were photographed holding hands in January 2021 and have remained largely out of the public eye for the duration of their relationship.
